Refunds

Please note all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we are happy to exchange or replace items if they are damaged or defective or if we sent the wrong item, size, style, or color.

You have ten (10) calendar days from the date of receiving your order to return the item. All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received the item except for damaged goods. Please attach a note explaining the reason for your return.

When we receive an item, except for damaged products, we will look it over and notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped within seven (7) days of notifying you that your return is approved.
