Shipping Policy

Items ship within 7 business days of  placing order. We cannot be held responsible for errors, missing details, incorrect, or incomplete mailing addresses. Buyer is responsible for entering correct shipping information for a secure address/location. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held responsible for the cost for lost or packages stolen by “porch pirates”.

When we receive a confirmation email from the United States Postal Service (USPS) package was delivered, we will assume deliver was made to shipping address buyer entered at the time the order was placed. 

If packages are retuned to us as “undeliverable”,  “insufficient” or “wrong address”, buyer will be charged for the cost of shipping package to the designated address, or we can issue a refund for purchase minus the cost of shipping.
